O-Calc pro + Line design
The course will give the trainees a thorough understanding of how to efficiently perform a pole loading analysis within the O-Calc Pro software. The trainees will increase their knowledge and expertise in structural design of utility wood pole lines. The course will discuss the relevant components of the CPUC General Order 95, such as how to apply ice and wind loading within the O-Calc Pro software. Other explicit items that will be thought include pole strength, cable/conductor sag/tension, modeling communication lashing, field data collection process, and the explicit O-Calc Pro Digital Measurement Technology.
