Anyone who has ever managed a project can attest that managing the scope so that the stakeholders are satisfied and that the project is delivered on time and budget is at the heart of a project manager’s job.
In this 2-day course, you’ll learn which organizational type your project is, how to accurately gather project requirements and in what format, how to apply PMI’s updated scope management process, which of 10 key tools to use, how to resolve competing stakeholder goals, and how to improve your chances of acceptance by all parties.
