Kristi More joined TFG in 2000 and specializes in transportation, water, and economic and rural development, law enforcement, and federal funding for local governments. Kristi primarily works on behalf of local governments and
public agencies in the Western United States. Since joining TFG, Kristi
has concentrated on expanding the firm’s services to small, rural areas. Kristi
also does extensive work on behalf of suburban and urban communities. During
her career at TFG, she has helped her clients secure hundreds of millions of
dollars in federal funding, authorizations, and loan authority for projects
related to 911 Dispatch Centers, local library upgrades, sewer and storm drain
rehabilitation, economic development, drug-endangered children programs, local
and regional transportation, and transit infrastructure, drinking and wastewater treatment, flood infrastructure, and regional interoperable
communications.
Director of Grant Services
Heidi Schott is Director of Grant Services at TFG. In
this role, she helps our public agency and non-profit clients develop a
comprehensive strategy for successful grant seeking. Services range from research
and project development to the successful submittal of an application to
the funding agency. Heidi works collaboratively with clients to identify and
prioritize organizational needs, align priorities with external funding
opportunities, develop opportunity appropriate to project or program
plans, and facilitate the grant writing process to ensure competitive
submissions.
Research Assistant
Wyatt Fritz is a Research Assistant at The Ferguson Group
where he spends much of his time working with the Grant Services team. Wyatt
specializes in researching funding opportunities provided by state, federal,
and foundational sources on behalf of TFG's clients. He has a particular
focus on environmental grants, with an emphasis on renewable energy.
Prior to joining The Ferguson Group, Wyatt interned on
Capitol Hill for Congressman Jared Golden (D-ME) and as a college student,
participated in Congressman Jamie Raskin’s (D-MD) Democracy Summer Program. He
also has taken part in multiple grassroots and political campaigns at the
local, congressional, gubernatorial, and presidential levels both in Maine and
in the Washington, D.C. area. Wyatt graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Government and Environmental Science from Colby College. Wyatt is based in
Washington D.C.
