Technical Management Program (in-person)

Course Overview

UCLA Extension’s Technical Management Program (TMP) has been building leaders for the modern workforce. TMP is one of the most invigorating and forward-thinking programs in the world. If you are considering becoming, have recently been assigned, or are already performing as a supervisor, team leader, or manager, this program will provide you with the skills and knowledge to become a highly successful organizational leader. In the program, you’ll discover the latest leadership techniques, strategies to set and clearly communicate goals to your organization, build strong self-directing teams, nurture collaboration, guide the efforts of individuals and groups to perform at the highest levels, motivate your employees to successfully achieve the organization’s goals, and a strategic approach to project and program design for smooth execution.
